Last One for 2016!

The Russians are Coming!!

This is a United Empire bust of a Caucasian Cossack, 1862.  It only has three pieces, so it was sort of easy to do.

Merry Christmas!

Hell From Above!

Here is a very large half figure I just finished.  It is 1/6 scale.  It depicts a helicopter door gunner, Vietnam.  Enjoy

Airborne!

Here  is  a repeat of a bust I did years ago.  Young Miniatures 101 Airborne bust.  I also included a comparison picture of the old and new.

A Little Adjustment

The collector who commissioned the Japanese Sniper asked that I "dirty" him up a bit- to reflect the hot, grimy, sweaty conditions in the pacific jungle.  So here is the finished product-  I like it better too.

Japanese Sniper, Pacific 1942

Here is the next one....  Tiny Leads Japanese Sniper bust

The Horus Heresy- Perturabo

Here is a "small" figure I completed.  It was a gift from my son.  It is a Forgeworld figure, the figure itself stands about 65- 70mm high.

82 Airborne Mitches Military Models

This is a 200mm figure,  resin.  Painted with mostly acrylics and a some oils for parts of the leather.

Das Boot!!

A few years ago I built a submarine....Actually a U Boat.  Its quite large- about 4 feet long.  Its the Revell kit that I added some detail to and opened up some of the vents.  I was going to add some figures to it, but never did.  I still think it as cool model.  One of the few plastic kits I have done in the past 10 years.  It won people's choice award at a model show back in the day. Thanks to Jim Starkweather of Armorama for the nice pictures.
