Here is the completed Thunderbird Miniatures 45th Infantry Division Figure finished.  The figure is Made by Thunderbird Miniatures.  Its 120mm scale, resin.

Here is new project, the Thunderbird Miniatures 45th Infantry Division GI.  It's a 120mm figure, very nicely done.  He will be holding the M1 Garand rifle.

Big Red One Finished

Here is the finished Big Red One (First Infantry Division) figure.  1/16 scale, Painted with acrylics and oils for the Thompson stock. The collector I did this for sent me the head from the Alpine BAR gunner kit, his idea to swap it.  I think it was a good one.....

Here is some small progress on the figure.  I did some more work on the jacket, and started the trousers.  I also painted the backpack.  I see some errors, so bear with me....

Seawolf Door Gunner

This was a piece I did for my relative- his father was a chopper crewman in Vietnam. I could not post this in November because the figure was a surprise gift.  He was a Navy man, in an unique unit called the Seawolves.  They were an attack squadron that supported the brown river navy and the seal teams in the river delta regions of Vietnam.  I use the Verlinden 120mm chopper crewman.  They essentially wore the same uniforms while on combat patrol.  For more on the Seawolves, check this link:

Big Red One

The beginnings of a new figure...  Alpine Miniatures 1st Infantry Division.  The collector wanted to use the BAR gunner's head and so I have been working away on that one...   The head is a good match. A little more work and the head will be done.
